• 12’ by 12’ matted stall with clean bedding
• Stall cleaning 7 days a week
• Daily turnout to paddock (except during severe weather, two horse maximum in paddocks)
• Individual, professionally monitored diet including, LMF Super Supplement, vitamin E, alfalfa grass mix, and local grass hay
• Feeding is three times a day on a consistent time schedule
• Other feed, supplements, or vitamins fed at no extra charge (owner supplies)
• Your horse's individual activity is monitored every day and recorded so you will know what and how much your horse has actually been eating and drinking as well as the general consistency and quantity of their manure
• Your fly masks (including fly spray) put on daily per your request at no extra charge
• Your blankets put on daily per your request at no extra charge
• Large 32"x32"x8' individual locked tack lockers at no extra charge
• No extra charge for use of lights in outdoor or covered arena
• $300 per month

Special Requests:

• Farrier service $10.00 holding fee plus cost for service ($5 holding fees for groups)
• Worming $60.00 per year or $15.00 for single (given five times a year)
• Trailer parking - $20.00 per month
